I'm a 16 year old male with a bloated face and 15.1% body fat, I'm currently trying to gain muscle rapidly with a bulk and seeing results, but its affecting my face. Should I lower my body fat to a % that would make my face look better or continue with the bulk and cut in the future? I guess what I'm asking is being bloated worth it for the bulk.
 
No, keep bulking to get maximum growth, you can lean down later once you actually have some muscle and aren't stunting growth due to deficit.
