Depends on how much and how well you are educated, you can end up jacked and with side effects when done incorrectly. Plus you gotta still eat healthy and move/workout to get results.

you dont have to workout for roids to work, considering OP isnt trained, he will likely gain around 8kg of lean mass dependent on the dose, but training and eating well will ofcourse increase the muscle gained
