gymming 2x a week, but want to do some dunbell workouts at home, what part of my body should i focus on those days where i cant gym

He is a newbie what do u expect, he has good genes too, straight and wide clavicles, narrow waist so i don’t know what u talking abt

i appreciate that but most have a better starting point than me no?

still noone has said what parts i should focus on dunbell days :(

Chest + Back at home: Pushups, Incline db press, Pullups, DB rows, DB pullovers
Legs GYM DAY
Arms + Shoulders at home: Skull crushers, close grip pushups, close grip bench, lat raises, DB military press
Rest day
Repeat...

Basically 2x gym legday and rest is home

nah i dont believe in leg day lol (i do ballet anyway so that is working my legs)

30mins ain't gonna do it if you want serious gains. Also need to train legs or you'll look weird, ballet won't grow your legs. Also working out legs = big testosterone boost bcs biggest muscle.

8-20 sets per week per muscle group. Bigger muscles like chest like 12-16 sets (6-8 sets per workout), shoulders like 8 sets (4 per workout).

All sets to failure or 1-2 reps in reserve.

i don't have a pullup bar nor bench or bar so what should i do instead
I used to do exercises on couches, chairs, tables. Whatever I could find.

For chest: Either incline db press on couch or just do more push up sets
Back: Skip pull ups, Do standing db rows where you lean forward and support your upper body with 1 hand while the other rows and pullovers on a couch.
Skull crushers for triceps on a couch easy, curls for biceps
Close grip bench can be done on the floor maybe or again couch.
Lat raises standing and db press on a chair

Youre skinny as fuck.

Just eat a fuckloud while gymcelling consistently and youll gain just like pure muscle
