Theres no secret techniques. Eat in calorie surplus, eat high protein, go to failiure + slow controlled reps in the gym focused on compound movements, sleep alot, recovery=super important, eat while recovering, you need at least 2 days rest before hitting the same muscle group again.

Personally i eat the same thing everyday, a massive plate of chicken and rice and then either chicken and pasta or eggs with baked beans etc any thing with high protein. Push pull leg split to give yourself time to recover.

sleep 8hrs+, a well balance diet, a good workout schedule its not tiring as a natty you just want fast results which is not possible just keep going regularly and forget about how long its gonna take or wtv and a diet will show you miracles and for a workout plan maybe hop on HIT by Mike Mentzer lern the principles
 
I stopped gymmaxing, pointless, tiring, aging activity.

If you are young then focus on heightmaxxing, if you are older, then focus on facemaxxing and that's it, nothing else can be done as a man.
