Gymming or gooning?

Do i go to the gym now or goon. I still have a cold but i don’t want to become complacent about working out, other option is staying home again hoping to recover until tomorrow and gooning.

Good advice tbh, i should start making more decisions on my own..

This is like ideal but im not sure how good of an idea gymming with a cold is.
after gymming go take a hot shower and goon there 😉

goon instead, it lowers cortisol and is good for prostate

Gym spikes cortisol and prematurely ages you

I just feel guilty rotting. I feel like a light gym session might help, also commuting to the gym and back, and working out would help me relax my eyes a bit, i’ve been on my phone for hours now at home, rotting while sick

When youre sick, you wont be able to train to your full capabilities and you are risking throwing up, making you feel even worse

Best to recover quick and then get back to the gym

I’m not so sure about vomiting because i haven’t felt nausea at all, i don’t think i have any kind of bacteria just a simple cold. (sore throat, headache, full nose..)
But it can be spread i guess so maybe i shouldn’t go anywhere.
