Like it's not even hormonal imbalance if u have gyno it's because I have genes for it and it grows once ur estrogen increase so let's say if I start taking test it's sure that my gyno will grow as my estrogen will increase I cannot do anything about it even after surgery it will grow again if I take test or something

you’re just fat, so many people develop gyno cause of being overweight. you’re just more prone to it and it’s more prevalent to you cause you haven’t done shit for years on end

Last year I tried losing weight which took fucking months idk it's because I genetically have high estrogen so it's harder to lose weight while guess what it's easier to lose muscles but impossible to build it
Also yea I did lose weight but my gyno stayed it isn't gonna go anywhere and I don't want to get surgery cause even after spending so much money it will regrow

and what exactly did you do during your ‘weight loss’

Anything but doing a blood test and losing fat

Walk alot calorie defeicit
retard, you ended up skinny fat and your body fat barely budged. you’re supposed to do strength training while staying in a calorie deficit to replace your fat cells with muscle

yeah, this is the general misconception people have when trying to lower their body fat. they think doing just cardio will somehow get them down to 10–12% body fat while being 130 pounds at 25% body fat. you NEED muscle while being in a calorie deficit to slowly kill off your fat cells. no amount of cardio will wipe out the fat cells you have if you're not even doing strength training

swear to fucking god, it's really that simple. i find it baffling how people can be here for years and still can't lower their body fat percentage to 10–12% before calling it quits and blaming some external factor. so many guides have been made in the past simplifying getting down to a low body fat percentage. it’s not as complex as people make it out to be. i dont know what @Willmogulater 's endgame goal is but he'll always blame it on his hormones or job on his gyno when he's just really fat

heavy on last, I'm all about understanding struggles and difficulties, I get that maybe he can't lose weight but stop blaming it randomly on your hormones or wtv, like it's your fault gng

Gyno is a hormonal imbalance.
fat is caused by "hormonal imbalance." him being fat is what causes his gyno. no amount of test or any kind of PED will help him get rid of it. he NEEDS to actually lower his body fat this time and do it properly

I had some on my right pec even when I was lean. Hoping it’s just puberty.

because you need to stay in a calorie deficit while maintaining your strength for it to slowly go away. is this the one you did just cardio and cutting with 0 strength training? from the picture, it’s obvious you're puffing your chest up and overextending your back. you need to go back to the gym following a proper routine focusing on hypertrophy or better yet switch over to bodyweight exercises that has advanced variations you can progress from. you need to actually start training while staying in a calorie deficit this time. cardio isn't exactly necessary since all it does is burn calories, not target or cut out any fat. you need to be doing strength training with proper form, pushing to or close to failure on every rep, focusing on progressive overload if possible, or at least maintaining your strength during the cut. if you hit a plateau, keep lowering your calories by another 300–500 each week. message me if you think your program's ass which it most likely is. i'll hop you on a better one where you'll see actual progress

This is where I was doing weight training at home with lighter weights if I cut while I stranegth train I lose so much strength like yesterday my weight dropped and my strength too felt so fucking tired all day maybe need to abuse caffeine

weight training with lighter weights? there you go, that’s your problem. probably also not following any program too. it doesn’t give you enough stimulation to get close to failure unless you’re doing really high reps, but at that point it just turns into an endurance exercise. using the nursing home dumbbells? holy shit. why not switch over to bodyweight exercises if you can’t commute to the gym after work? do you have a dip bar or pull up bar at home? those are really the only two you need to lean down
