So I was fat as a kid, some day I started to kinda starve myself to lose weight now I’m 18 and weigh ~65 on 1.81m and Im kinda skinny fat.

My legs are relatively lean but my upper body isn’t, I can’t go to the gym rn and also I have gyno since a kid. I’ve heard about a lot of pills yall talk about to reduce the gyno a bit.

Can someone give advice? Do I cut/bulk? And what do I take for my gyno?

What bodyfat would you say you are ?

bulk only if you go gym, otherwise lean down

If I try to lean down more there’s not gonna be much left of me also it’s hard cause of how little I weigh. Gonna be half gyno half man

Hard to say because my fat distribution is weird but I say ~15-19%
Main gain, get on a good lifting program, do 150 min of zone 2 cardio per week and sprints 3 times per week. Eat at maintanance calories and look up g flux on T nation and google

Like body recompostion?
Exactly, g flux is the right way to recomp. Its having a big activity level per week combined with eating at maintanance to account for the increased energy expenditure, it also works relatively quickly.
