ive always been confused with what i have, mabye its just genetics but I have large nips but no excess breast tissue like you would see in gyno,

is there some way to decrease the size of them or am i just cooked and can never take my shirt off?

not at all, 5,9 145, and i swim so i am somewhat thin, i sit around 11% bf

Get lean and if it’s still not gone then you need surgery but most likely it woll go away with time as you exit puberty

may look like fat but my main stroke is breaststroke so my chest gets well trained from it, more lower than upper sadly

i have same thing too and im oldcel, so it didnt go away on its own. i think its pseudogynecomastia. no way around it unless u get a surgery.
its not that bad tho

doesnt rlly look like gyno especially to normies, if you notice it gets bigger then maybe consider doing something but if it stays the same i think it looks normal
