In the dream I was talking to the surgeon and he showed me pictures of his Chad patient before and after some maxillofacial surgeries. The patient had a very recessed melted looking face before.

Never had such a dream before tbh, am I going get it at 21?

I have a recessed maxilla and a recessed chin so my face is literally deformed. I was rated between a 3.5 and a 4.5 on lookism.net probably the ugliest Asian user there.

Sadly you can't really do that much for your maxilla except bimax which can only correct your lower part,chin is easiest thing to fix tho.Fix what you can,some things are the way they are and you can't change them
