Told the GP I've started my weight loss a few days ago because he said I need to lose asap. He said my risks for comorbid health issues are very high. I did mention whether I could use ozempic but he said I'm not diabetic yet and it can only be for that reason. I am pre diabetic, though so that is something to note. I also asked him if he could assess me via physical examination and he told me that I'm way unhealthier than my BMI indicated. That's when he told me my risk for comorbid health issues are very high and proceeded to ask me out of curiosity what I did for the past few years to end up with so much fat. I then tell him I just ate junk food and was extremely sedentary, only getting out of bed for basic necessities like toilet or to get something to eat which would be a takeaway or sugar.
