-I was originally going for infraorbital implants with saddle for my eye orbits in hoping to lift my lower eyelids, he didn't like my idea and told me that it won't make the difference I think it's going to make and will not lift very much the eyelid, also he told me that my midface is short and suggested instead of infraorbital implants we do 3 vector genioplasty (meaning bringing it forward, making it taller and wider)
-Also told me eye surgeries at my age isn't a good idea (I'm 20) , because the tissue changes very much as we age and it will be better to look once I hit 30s or so
-Asked him if fat grafting is good for the eye area, he told me it is okay / positive surgery, but as he said to avoid surgeries like implants , cantho etc. at that age unless really needed
-Striked me as very knowledgeable (obviously) and was surprised that he didn't just "agree" to do whatever pleased me but really focused on the flaws and risk involved, keep in mind the price on the infraorbital implants surgery is almost double than the genioplasty, so he didn't just went for a "cash grab" but focused on the flaws as I said.
-Told me generally when doing facial surgeries, often less is more
-I was gonna ask him later about my chin and if we can do genio in the future, but that is probably the first thing he started talking about, and when I told him that it's like he read my mind, he replied: "it's all just numbers and measurements from your skull"
I have generally really positive impression from him, and have scheduled next consultation to discuss my genio and how much we are going to widen, bring forward, make taller the chin
Here is my CT Scan:
