I didn't expect a huge improvement. Just addressing the small features first, whatever's making me look goofy. Also I'm probably never going to get jaw surgery because of cost.

you look better, I feel otoplasty isn't the kind of surgery that could go wrong, it's such a simple procedure that improve everyones, of course it's a slightly change because your starting ears weren't dumbo tier to begin with
