been dieting down
had a lil cheat day today - maybe 1k over maintenance
now i lock in on diet.
i will focus on lower carb from fruit like banana (eaten before workout since i don’t see a reason to eat them at any other time), meats, eggs, butter.
i’m not sure the minimum carbs to not have an effect on t levels, cortisol, thyroid etc but was assuming it’s the amount of carbs tho at keep you out of ketosis.
