Had to extract 2 teeth

They were baby teeth, never had adult teeth growing below them, so they stayed there until now (I'm 31), and had to extract them because they were barely hanging on my mouth and didnt even had roots...took doctor about 10 seconds to remove them

I'm getting a bridge becuase its cheaper than implants, so I guess there will be some bone loss? Will the change be too drastic on my face?

I still have 2 baby teeth left in my mouth , these have never given me trouble so far. I seem to have been born without these adult teeth, so the baby ones stayed on
