Hello everyone, I'm growing my hair out (rn it's eye level length).

My hair type is 2b, coarse, thick and low porosity (following @BucketCrab Practical Hair Guide).

The guide recommended Kerastase products, have you tried them?
Also chatgpt recommended me SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo and Ouidad Curl Quencher Moisturizing Conditioner; are they good?

Can you recommend me a good shampoo and conditioner? Would a hair mask be useful?
