So I have wavyish sorta curly hair I have pictures on here if you want to see but my question is why does my hair get frizzier when it’s cold outside. Right now my guess is I’m washing it with too hot of water because I’m using the same amount of conditioner and having the same routine, but when I go outside it gets messed up. Can someone explain the science and how to fix it please. Keep in mind my hair is still wet as I have to walk to class right after my shower.

wind maybe? if not your deffo washing with hot water, hair is supposed to look better during winter timer when its not windy/ rainy lmao, no science based explanation behind this, ur just doing something wrong

cold air is dryer and so in turn dries up your hair too, same with indoor heated air

the solution would be to use moisturising products and such or perhaps more conditioner

I think it may also have to do with the indoor heated air it is pretty hot but I can’t control that
