hair hella oily from conditioner

my hair is ok for a day get when i use conditioner but the next day it looks like i didnt shower 4 a week and when i use shampoo its flat as shit what could be the problem ( i did my research on hair products its not some head and shoulders bs ) should i drop the conditioner n do a shampoo detox?

i use em on the same day, i sometimes do no conditioner but never only conditioner but yeah ill use less of it and see

don't use conditioner brochacho, only shampoo 4 times a week

Try leaving conditioner in and letting it dry and using it less frequently to make up for that
