Hair is literally 90% of a woman's appearance. It can make an LTB look like an HTB simply by having voluminous, flowing hair, especially if it is straight or wavy (sometimes curly looks good too depending on pheno). Reversely, an HTB can look like an LTB by having a shitty pixie cut or tying her hair back or having retarded negro hair.
