yeah but the real question is are the normies slaying? ;)
jfl. I took the just get a haircut advice way too serious like 3 years ago. I went to 5 different top tier barbers and got their advice as what to do, what products to use, etc. And I was never pleased with what I saw as the result.

I also thought that if the barber was expensive, he must be good right. So paid like 40 euro for a fcking haircut at some fancy places and it was still shit jfl.

jfl for falling at the bulk meme , 12% bf with a little muscles > bulky
size is a sexually dimorphic trait though. Women love tall guys, big guys, big dicks, big muscle, big confidence, big everything.

More size = more women.

You look in that pic like this proverbial rich kid holding an ice-cream and having it all around the mouth, and saying (demanding) to his dad that you want all that staff from the store, meanwhile other children can afford shit

GOMAD + STARTING STRENGTH =

PIo8E.jpg

Oskar-2-years-no-progress.jpg

BULK BULK BULK

= HULK
That's because they did the program wrong. GOMAD is meant for guys who are severely underweight (think 6 foot 4 138 lbs) and have a low appetite that prevents them from gaining weight. When you are a natural lifter, you need to be in the 15-20% body fat range if you want to be able to recover from your workouts and get stronger, so a guy who is skinny fat shouldn't bulk, he should just maintain his weight. Fat guys should recomp (lose fat and gain muscle at the same time). The only guys who need to bulk are the ones who start off as skinny because you can't get stronger and bigger without actually getting bigger, you can't go from skinny ripped to muscular ripped, that is also why the best athletes are never lean, because it would affect their sport perfomance negatively. The only exception is guys who take steroids.

Starting Strength isn't what makes guys fat, their diet is the problem. Also that guy in the 3 pictures below is an idiot who doesn't actually understand how to train properly, right now he is at 250 lbs at a height of 6 foot 4, he thinks that it's healthy, but really he is at around 25% body fat and looks fat as hell, he doesn't have a huge belly because he has some muscle mass which makes him look leaner than he really is. But the problem is that he has over developed lats, and the rest of his body is weak and small. He thinks that his special training program is what got him big, but really it's just because he got really strong at weighted chin ups. His lats look too big because the rest of his body is small because he doesn't train his other muscles hard enough, pushups don't stimulate as much growth as the bench press, but delusional guys like him will never accept the truth.

Starting Strength is actually a great program for those who know how to do the main compound lifts correctly and know how to diet properly. If you run Starting Strength's 3x5 style 6-12 months, you can get really strong in every muscle group and gain your first 20 lbs of muscle as a result. Most people don't realize this and instead they waste countless years of useless fluff and pump programs that get them nowhere. Right now, I am using a 3x5 like Starting Strength but better and it has given me the best results of my life (it's Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness Novice Program 2.0). I'll run that for 6-12 months, then switch to either Madcow's intermediate program or blaha's intermediate linear periodization program until I reach my goal physique.

You don’t even look that bad bhai

legit. i just go with a simple buzz cut

Yea, Its not like I went out anyway, but while preparing myself to enter the shit infested world- I thought my hair game was everything.
If I looked bad, I thought I needed a different haircut.
I wanted an undercut like a retard. No undercut for my narrow skull and Dumbo ears.
Looks much better with sides grown out more and hair pulled over forehead a bit to hide how tall it is.
I also just let it do its thing instead of brushing it straight and using stupid amounts of hairspray to keep it in place.

It's not that hair is cope, your hairstyle can make or break you. It's just that you have to find the right one for you. If you have a big head and showing your forehead makes your head look weird, then you're actually better off with a low maintenance medium length fringe hairstyle. That is what I found out in my case. Slicked back hairstyles or side part comb overs make me look terrible because I have a big head and big forehead, my head shape is oblong/rectangular so I'm better off if I hide my forehead with my hair especially since my hairline is V shaped which makes it difficult to place my hair correctly with hair gel unless I use a lot of it.

The guy in the photo doesn't look terrible but he has the wrong hairstyle, for his big forehead, he would probably also do better with a low maintenance fringe. A benefit of not using hair gel also is that you don't have wet greasy hair so when you are about to go to bed, you don't have to take a shower to get rid of the gel, and you don't have to waste money on hair gel.
