What is more effective for hair loss prevention , Finasteride + RU58841 or Dutasteride solo?

Just wanted advice as I am currently running 1.25mg Fin per day + 2.5mg oral Minox + dermarolling, and wanted to know which option would be more effective long-term?

Are you not concerned about minoxidil and ru messing with your heart?

Dut is superior

Dut is better than fin, oral min isn't safe, topical is fine

Not particularly, plus I don't think RU goes systemic unless you dose it 100mg or over and my lashes are still mogger after dropping latisse so wanna maintain that.

ye once I run out of fin I will deffo take dut but not gonna take 2.5mg off the bat tho most likely will start on 0.5 then titrate up. But still dut doesn't accomodate for androgenic hair loss from endogenous test, if anything it acc makes that worse.

the fearmongering about oral minox is undeserved imo, unless you get an arrhythmia from it then I'd say its fairly safe but not without some minor sides.

Does taking 0.5mg dut twice a week do anything? cause i heard dut has a long half life
ye its 3-4 weeks however i dont think the DHT suppression would be as consistent on 0.5 dut twice per week. I could be wrong tho.

It prevents DHT which is Dihydrotestosterone. Not testosterone you have no idea what you are talking about jfl.
yeah the hair loss comes from the dht... which comes from your testosterone... fucktard...

OMFG u are acc a brainlet. "Test converts to DHT durrrr". Ye I know that. You do realise testosterone itself also causes hairloss. By inhibiting 5AR less test is converting to DHT, therefore raising your test which downstream causes more hairloss from testosterone.

yeah totally makes sense. these highly effective hair loss drugs cause more hair loss.
I'm not saying they cause more hair loss. U clearly have a bad reading skills. I am saying pure testosterone (NOT DHT) induced androgenic alopecia is increased because testosterone rises dipshit. But your overall hair loss will be diminished due to DHT being the main driver of hair loss.

if you're still a NW1 finasteride is all you need.
