Hair product with high shine that don't make hair hard and crunchy?

I need one with high shine and decent hold, but so the hair is not hard and crunchy.
I have medium length hair, and the pomades and gels I have used stiffen the fuck out of my hair, meaning one time I run my fingers through it, or take my shirt off or something, the hair is left with strands clumping to each other and my hairstyle destroyed.
Any recommendations, on what description of product to look for?
