I recently got a buzz and my hair grew back wavy, any recommendations on hair products? My old shitty shampoo and conditioners are killing my hair.

I personally started using no shampoo or conditioner and my hair has never felt healthier (albeit I am still norwooding)

Shampooing gets rid of the natural oils in your hair and I think it damages your hair over time. Maybe only shampoo it once a week or something to let the natural oils still remain in your hair.
