The only time when no eyebrows looks good is when your long hair is covering it, which is practically giving you almost the same effect as eyebrows.

Hair halo is real, I have a friend who got blessed with blonde curly hair, since he grew it out anytime he goes out in public he has multiple people approach him just for his hair alone. Face wise he’s probably a 4, but the hair pulls him up to 6PSL

from my own reserach, hair can be a huge halo if its either thick or fine and suuper dense
otherwise its of course mogs bald/buzz, but fine hair look like shit <own experience>
look at models online, those who look good with hairstyles, have thick hair
