No way you can apply Finasteride at your age. It's over.

You have to pray that the shedding slows down until you reach your early 20's. Then simply jump on Fin and Minox, and get a hair transplant. As long as you have no sides, you'll be good.

The only thing Fin can really damage is your dick (and that's if you ever get sides). Don't pay attention to fear mongers. Wait until you're old enough and try it for yourself.

Opinions on creatine and DHT are mixed. Some say it did fuck up their hair, some say they were unaffected.
