Transplant is usually a bit thin and fake meanwhile hairline lowering leaves scars

Hairline lowering could be bad though as it makes the scalp more tense which could lead to balding/early balding

Hairline lowering can’t fix temples though. If i wasn’t Prone to balding i would get lowering but i think after army i’ll get ht for lower hairline and slightly lower and narrower temples and start using fin

I don't see why it couldn't lower or narrow temples I will get a consult before to see if what I want is achievable or if I'll also need transplant but they could cut your scalp and pull the temples down too prob

I've read about a lowering procedure where they inflate a balloon under your scalp to stretch the skin, then lower the hairline after about a month. I would love procedure like that but WITHOUT the cutting of the hairline. Just drop the whole scalp to give you a lower hairline AND more hooded hunter eyes. Win-win.

Anyone hear of such a thing?

Sounds like it would create a ton of loose skin and saggy scalp ngl

You would do at most 1 inch of lowering. Then possibly reposition the entire crown, forehead, and eyebrows lower in one move. Like when you hold the crown of your head, then push the hair and skin forward, you get a lower hairline by about an inch, then the eyebrows lower by about a centimeter. Somehow suture the whole scalp, neatly and symmetrically, into your desired position...

You will get a wrinkle in your forehead. But i wonder if the surgeon could peel that skin (using a tiny incision and canula or something) to relax that wrinkle action. Smooth it out. Possibly the same incision used to install the balloon.

Fuck, i need to find the realself link that specifically talked about this procedure. Remember, most clients for the hairline lowering surgery are women. And you know they generally prefer that tight skin high eye brow look.

There has to be a way... You all have heard about doctors REMOVING temporal muscles in patients in order to reshape the skull.

That would be ideal. I'm positive that the forehead wrinkles when pushed down because it is Attached to the underlying bone/tissue. Once separated, would it would relax and possibly be lowered?
