what should I improve on my hair?
I genuinely think my hair is so bad and it need so much improvement, it's my biggest insecurity and my worst feature
any advice?
any hair products?

worked for me, mine was around as bad. if your hair is actually fried from something you may need to cut it then regrow it, otherwise its just super dry and dull which where products come in. they work better then youd think i thought my hair was gonna be a perma failo forever too.

Shampoo twice or even once a week, then conditioner after it. After every shower use a hair oil. I used an argan oil leave in that u bought at my supermarket works well. Try use leave in conditioners or masks too if needed
