Is it possible to achieve this hair by simply asking for a loose, natural wave perm,not tight curls, more like messy waves with volume, similar to 2C–3A curls.

I had it for me it doesn't look good growed out hair looks way better on anyone. grow out long hair mogs it will add to your attraction 100%

I mean you can try i did try it out for myself and it didn't look good on me so i got rid of the perm and just grew my hair got modcut but i felt like my hair is still short and now i'm currentlly growing for like 3 months and i pretty like it it looks good girls love it i love it it's good you should just try it out and see for yourself but long hair always win.
