I have a big forehead, big nose, big ears, naturally yellow teeth. I'm getting rhinoplasty this year and teeth whitening and for ears and forehead I'm not sure yet. They only look huge from the side profile for a reason.
I don't think you have all that but well, a big nose in a men has to be really big, big noses suit many men. Unless it's witch nose, witch nose is when the bridge falls and apart of this the lowest part of the nose is fallen, it looks awful. If only the bridge is fallen can look more or less good in a man, it's somewhat masculine, in women looks awful no matter how it is.
yes big nose isn't that bad but i also have a weak chin and jaw which makes it look worse. for that i will get jaw and chin surgery but i can only get that when I'm like 25. But a straight nose is always an improvement.

It's normal, you wanna do 30 surgeries, what are you expecting, every surgery has its own risk, i wouldn't encourage you either. You wanna change all your face, not improving your weakest point, in my case i have a bad nose, maybe i get surgery in a few years, but that's all.

its not that many surgeries its pretty average. its just rhinoplasty, bimax, genioplasty, forehead reduction surgery and maybe a wraparound jaw implant.
