is it possible to bring a hairline down a little like a finger? or should i cope with fringe, i would love to buzz or slick back but my forehead is just that little bit too big where it would ruin the cut?

what do you want to achieve? Do you suffer from hair loss? the transplant It will simply achieve a lower hairline if thats what you want. Cost heavily depends on country and amount of grafts being transplanted.

But be aware that oftentimes transplanted hairlines look uncanny. At least i can almost always spot a hair transplant no matter how "good"
