Bros, I need your help, my hair is messing up, Literally its thinning so fast and I’ve got the M shape forming, my front hair is so thin and has no life when I touch my hair through it. It feels so light, compared to last year, every time I pull on my hair it falls out, but my back hair is fine, it’s thick but the front is receding so bad.

I choose the option of taking sildenafil, however on the oxford pharmacy all the prescriptions are 100,mg, 50mg and 25mg. Is it safe for me to take it at this age, I can’t find any lower dose, any high IQ’s can help me? Is it safe for me to take it at young age, I’m above 18, I have genetic history of mpd, all male relatives are bald from Mothers and fathers side

Worrried about side effects, sildenafil has only few side effects but not sure of what dose to take at 19

Options:

1.) Finasteride or Dutasteride. Easy to take, but messes with DHT and could have side effects.
2.) Minoxidil. Harder to use, but relatively cheap. Won't mess up your hormones.
3.) RU-58841. Harder to use, expensive. Won't mess up your hormones.
4.) Bandana/Hat. Very cheap, won't give you hair, but don't hesitate if you think it will help. It's like lifts for height, you do what you have to do.
5.) Hairpiece. Somewhat costly, hard to maintain, but is an unbeatable option of last resort. Hope is not lost as long as hairpieces exist.

If you want to take Sildafinil, you can break it up into smaller pieces. I've seen 5mg daily recommended on here. But I don't think it will help much with hairloss vs dedicated drugs.

so far im only using minoxidil
when I need to add thing I will add them to my routine
and no minoxidil doesn't make skin age faster thats a lie
