Limit heavy metals, RU58841, AND IF THAT ISNT ENOUGH FINASTERIDE i wouldnt personally recomend dutasteride but it will work. DHT causes baldness in combination with heavy metals not alone but heavy metals are almost impossible to avoid nowadays so yeah.

never do any dht blocker before 18 specially if u care about dih size and ru58841 also blocks dht btw

Since your esr is in the higher end of the ideal range, you don't need too much on your sides.
Your forehead also doesn't seem that long. I say try slicked back for a while

I would try the slickback but i have a mickes mouse hairline and i also think my hair is too curly for it
