i would suggest you tan and dye your eyebrows darker rather than focusing on your hair

they are not that thick, thats the problem, people around me say that it would look uncanny and thinner if i dye it darker but idk

Try an undercut taper of a number 4 with clippers on the sides and 2 inches off the top with scissors. Uniform the back of your head. Round out the back of the neck. Comb up your hair to get rid of your bangs.
