I can't recall any significant attacks besides obviously against maybe Oppressors , but yes.
I believe Hamas is more of a resistance group than a "Terrorist" group labelled by the western media.
Compared to ISIS, who viewed any western individual / non-sunni / not living under the caplihate as kuffars.
