Hamza is right though. Maingaining is never going to work well unless you take roids, Greg is a moron who pedals that nonsense because he has terrible BDD and probably has an eating disorder but built his base from actually bulking properly and then blasting PED's.

It takes about half the time to cut as it does to bulk anyway, fat comes off a lot easier than muscle.
