I used to watch Hamza a long time ago, and I stopped because I consumed the Blackpill and I thought his videos were actually just a bunch of coping shit.

Until I realized how shit my life has been over 2024

I havent lost weight, kept relapsing, had bad habits

But in one of his unfiltered videos he taught me how to not give a fuck about anything you relapsed at (no fap was the example)

If you guys just watch something NSFW, and you relapsed, dont give yourself a story that you are weak or tired. Just move on from it and just say to your mind that it happened and you need to move on from it

Now I don't think Hamza is right with some advice, but most of the shit he has gave is valid, and that while he isn't necessary the first guy to get advice (when it comes to attraction and all), he still gives really good advice on his unfiltered channel

Other than that, TLDR: Hamza isnt a bad youtuber but I still think he needs to realize some things

I like Hamza tbh used to watch him in 2022 had me all hyped and shit to start gymcelling and self improving lol. I think going from bluepill to redpill to black pill is pretty natural and makes sense.
