I have some tips for you who wish to increase T. I had mine measured at 980ng/dL (make sense; competitive, attract girls, good looking, naturally fit...just depressed for some reason) blood test was during a hangover and despite being a depressed and weekly opiate user at the time.
Pomegranate juice! ~300mL a day. This is the best so far I think, on par with zinc
Zinc chelate 25-50mg a day
Potassium from bananas and potatoes
Heaps of broccoli
Heaps of sun
Gym 3 times a week, I don't go aspie I just fuck around and lift heavy in under an hour.
Play sports somewhat often but at a chill level now.
Next tip may not be applicable to some but I hang around a few girls and my bros are equally competitive fit dudes
Also no porn.
Those are the main ones. My sleep is pretty whack but I still get about 7h and feel refreshed sleeping on my back. I'll fix my flaws and see if the numbers improve.
I know it could be mostly genetics but give it a shot, see how you feel.
