I have some tips for you who wish to increase T. I had mine measured at 980ng/dL (make sense; competitive, attract girls, good looking, naturally fit...just depressed for some reason) blood test was during a hangover and despite being a depressed and weekly opiate user at the time.
Pomegranate juice! ~300mL a day. This is the best so far I think, on par with zinc
Zinc chelate 25-50mg a day
Potassium from bananas and potatoes
Heaps of broccoli
Heaps of sun
Gym 3 times a week, I don't go aspie I just fuck around and lift heavy in under an hour.
Play sports somewhat often but at a chill level now.
Next tip may not be applicable to some but I hang around a few girls and my bros are equally competitive fit dudes
Also no porn.
Those are the main ones. My sleep is pretty whack but I still get about 7h and feel refreshed sleeping on my back. I'll fix my flaws and see if the numbers improve.
I know it could be mostly genetics but give it a shot, see how you feel.

Testosterone Enanthate 125mg e3.5d also works pretty well I heard

So any guy who uses more than 100mg Enanthate per week is utterly T mogging these copers.

To peak T I would do the following=
Weights 3-5 times a week
Running 4-6 times a week
8-9 hours of good sleep
Backload carbs. (Diet should consist of meats, eggs, SOME veggies, SOME fruit, potatoes, rice and nuts.
UV exposure.

I'm doing rn. Feeling great and alpha.

Look into proviron + androsterorne + pansterone tbhtbth.

what about fish, bread, dairy and dark chocolate 90%
 
Ive read guys increase T from like 300 ng/dl to 800 natty. But those aren't dudes who are already physically fit. Those are guys who are out of shape and don't eat right changing their whole lives over 6 months

fish is fine, bread not ok, limit dairy and dark chocolate in moderation should be fine.

But eat your carbs between 5-8pm.

Zinc properties depend on dose. You get positive effects with lower doses and anti androgenic with larger ones

Yep. I learned that hard way. I took large doses of zinc and b6. Pretty much like finasteride.
