Even in general weightlifting too. It’s very rare to bench above 290lbs with small wrists. Naturally at least.I agree however this is a slight falio barely noticeable in your day to day, unless you’re aiming to go pro in a combat sport. In that case it might soft-lock you from ever dominating in whatever combat-sport you’re currently in.
My point exactly. If you’ve been cursed with small wrists/joints you’re best option is usually to ignore it and focus on other aspects in your life. And if it bothers you too much to be ignored then I’d reccomend working out your forearms so that they look large in contrast with your wrists and somewhat makeup for it.
