Hands darker than face help

My hands are atleast two shades darker than my face. My arms are the same colour as my face though. What do I do to make my hands the same colour as my face? I figure it's tan but it's been this way for a long time.

Just go get a tan somewhere. It's easier to make the rest of your body like your hands than the other way around.
