i'm lf for something to hang on for posture maxxing and helping w my scoliosis

i had those amazon pull up door handles, but the doors dont reach high enough for me to actually hang on.

anyone have any suggestions of something that might fit me to hang on fully? and is relatively cheap I can order or go buy. I'm 5,10

i used to hang with a rope around my neck when i was younger. Now i have a giraffe sized neck. You should try it too! Make sure you're 6 feet above the ground and have no support beneath :p:p:p

something convenient where i can hang any time i want (when iw ake up, n when i go to sleep) no way a branch is holding me

I prefer branches on trees as they have rough textures and are fat, training grip strength while also deadhanging. The moderate give of teh branch also allows you to swing with momentum and stretch your body effectively.

If you need a bar inside ur home freestanding ones are your best bet such as this:

that's exactly what i was looking for, those freestanding ones. do you have any recommendations or amazon links for reletively cheap ones, and ones that could fit sm1 that's 5,10?
 
I'm too broke to recommend i've never owned one 😭😭
