You have to keep the ability into your 80s, 90s and further
If you spent your whole day hanging from a bar you would get insane shoulder and arm strength, and would never have any back or spine problems, or disc degeneration
I can only hang for like 70 seconds max, but I will work my way up to a 10 minute hang when I'm in my 80s
