Tbh I haven’t been lifting for very long. I remember benching before quarantine and struggling to do 105x5 jfl. I did a shit ton of pushups and weighted pushups and my bench went up a lot when I got backYou’ll get stronger, I’m pretty sure I could’ve done this in the same time natty if I focused more on lifting.
