There is always someone smarter, bigger, taller, better looking etc
But also someone who is less smart, smaller, shorter, less good looking etc
Its all genetics, environmental and evolutionary
Whatever you eat, whatever method you have it won't change your genes and dna
If you were to be a 6'4 chad, there will be a 6'11 tyrone that comes your way and mogs you in every physical way
And also if you think you're short at 5'10 there is someone who is 5'5 or shorter exists
If you will think about it negatively you would harm yourself mentally and may spend tons of money trying to look better but also have little to no results from doing so
The 5'5 bald indian man have a loving wife and kids
The 6'4 chad get alot of plays but doesn't have a wife
The 5'9 normie have alot of fun and social circle
The short stacy girl you're talking to have friends and can get men attention if she wanted to
Even ugly girls get play and can get a bf or a LTR
Not saying don't ascend but the way you think of things are different from reality and there is a bigger picture to it
What I'm saying try to fill in what you lack if its money wageslave or create your own buisness, if its your skin try to fix it, your social skills, your style etc
But also accept that even if you did your best at everything there is someone who will reject you, hates you, or evil in general, don't give off your energy to them and keep trying
If your mind is clear, think positively , be satisfied with what you have and try to make a change or a move out of the situation you may end up happier and with better results
