I WENT EATING ONLY NATURAL AND LOW CALORIE FOODS FOR 3 MONTHS, NO SUGAR, NO PROCESSED FOOD, NOTHING, FOR 3 MONTHS, AFTER THIS 3 MONTHS PERIOD I LOST 5KG. THE LAST WEEK I HAD AN IMMENSE SUGAR CRAVING SO I ATE SOME SUGAR FOOD, BASICALY SOME HOT CHOCOLATE WITH A MUFFIN, I STARTED EATING MORE BAD FOOD FOR THE NEXT 3 DAYS, BUT THEN I REALIZED A THING, I WASN'T ACTUALLY EATING THAT MUCH BAD FOOD, MY BODY LIKED IT BUT IN MODERATION, IT WAS EASY TO CONTROL MYSELF AND ALSO I DIDNT CRAVED IT AFTER EATING, NOW I'M JUST KIND OF EATING WHATEVER I WANT AND ITS VERY EASY BECAUSE NOW I CAN EAT 2 COOKIES STOP AND NOT CRAVING MORE, I ALSO TEND TO EAT MORE NATURAL FOOD, I STILL CRAVE SOME SUGARY STUFF BUT I LIKE THE NATURAL/MILD SUGARY STUFF LIKE SOME HANDMAKE BAKERY PASTRY LIKE MUFFINS, SOME HONEY, STUFF WITH SUGAR BUT NOT LOADED WITH IT, MORE "NATURAL" AND TRADITIONAL STUFF. YOU SHOULD TRY IT, ITS HARD BUT IT'LL SOLVE ALL YOUR EATING DISORDERS GUARANTEED, YOU CHANGE YOUR BRAIN CHEMISTRY.
