been hard mewing much as i can every day past few days .
when i do it for a bit hard HARD i feel pressure ,. near around cheek bones .
trying to push cheek bones upward abit ,. to help NCT and my fuckedup eyes . can this hep .? ive seen it hel;p some ppl before .?
fix NCT and UEE .
or even help .

Yes it will help you ,but with time it will adapt and you will no longer see changes
