I have neuropathy and hard mewing made my head hurt but today ive noticed ive been mewing while sleeping and my back teeth hurt is this my jaw getting bigger

Yes but I sleep on my back for symmetry but apparently its not recommended for mewing jfl I didn't do nothing expect hard mewing at times during these past years
