Hard to breathe while mewing

It is kind of hard to breathe through my nose while having right tongue posture,
i need to know if thats how it is, or there are some roots of this problem, must say its not very hard or imposible, its just very uncomfortable, feeling the tension of tongue muscles and breathing through nose
