Hardest animals to hunt imo

Leopard - Stealthy, fast, and extremely aggressive when wounded and spotting then in the jungle is very difficult. I wish you all the luck in the world if a large male leopard is close to you and need to take the shot. It is not easy.

Water Buffalo - The "Black Death," . They are very unpredictable and are absolutely massive. If you don't place your shots properly and the Buffalo is charging at you. You are as good as dead

Bear - Massive strength, thick hides and very intelligent. Only know about black bears and most of the time when you stand your ground will leave you alone but if it has made up it's mind to kill you. It will do it and I'd imagine grizzlies to be 10x more dangerous because of their size and them being more aggressive

Possibly Tiger is even harder than leopard. They are even bigger, stronger and are capable of recognizing traps. They are also very aggressive and can take multiple bullets before going down but imo Leopards are harder to hunt because they are much harder to find and are extremely fast and elusive. Even experienced hunters struggle to track them

I agree on all fronts except you should have specified polar bears normal brown bears are pretty easy yo kill with a rifle.

Polar bears can't be hunted. They are endangered and there's strict anti poaching laws on hunting polar bears. I was mainly talking about big game you can actually hunt

I think it's big feet and skinwalkers. The later isn't as smart as a big foot but it can mimic someone you know. In a way they're temporarily looksmaxxing because they could mimic Maher in theory.

No they are not. You are probably talking about Bubalus arnee which are endagered. Bubalus bubalis aren't endagered at all

Game hunting is for sport. You can't eat anything you hunt if you do eat the animal you kill it is illegal and can get you arrested unless its animals like elk, venison and even then you need explicit permission.

Game hunting is for sport. You can't eat anything you hunt if you do eat the animal you kill it is illegal and can get you arrested unless its animals like elk, venison and even then you need explicit permission.

I never understood the appeal of killing just to kill, then you are psychopathic IMO. We kill to eat, to meet our bodies needs, animals are sacred to me. Just my humble opinion.

Nobody uses 9mm for big game. That is basically useless against some 1000+ pound beast. Most commonly used is .300 Win Mag or 375 H&H Magnum Both have enough stopping power to kill a large bear

It’d be funny if on my first day hunting I encountered a massive bear and get mauled to death

I think hunting small game is very difficult. Bigger animals have the size and danger factor but it also makes for easier tracking. There's a very good documentary about remote Siberian trappers. Apparently it's very difficult and takes a lot of skill to consistently make living off of fur trade. Mink and stuff are very clever animals.

If size is a factor I think hunting for massive man eater crocodiles is very hard and dangerous. Even tho they're big it's usually enormous bodies of water with zero visibility where they'd be at. You're sat on some shitty little boat that's barely any bigger. No wonder some crocs have gotten away with huge kill counts in shithole countries in places like Africa.
