I can think of a few:

Midface length
There's currently no way to genuinely shorten the midface (bimax with CCW rotation won't do much either) but it's not life or death as there are plenty of GL horsecels out there. Your only real option to tackle this is through balancing out your midface by altering surrounding features.

Shallow orbitals
Exposed buggy eyes, unlike a long midface doesn't look good on anyone (large almond eyes that are still deepset don't count). Your only options to even attempt to treat these are risky experimental surgeries such as orbital decompression (which can lead to double vision at best and blindness at worse), begging Dr. Eppley enough to craft you a pair of supraorbital implants (of which there's very few examples of in use), or slapping a bunch of fat grafts and hoping you obtain a flat faced mongoloid eye area at best.

Skin tone + undertones
I'll cut to the chase and tell you there is no way to genuinely lighten your skin, no amount of chemicals will genuinely lighten your genetic base (the only exception to this would be monobenzone but unless you have vitiligo your body will actively fight and grow immune to mono, there currently isn't enough information on mequinol to draw a solid conclusion), the best you can do is detan your skin. But if your natural detanned skin is a light ashy brown then that'll be the lightest you can ever reach even if you're pumping your blood stream full of hydroquinone. As for undertones, this is in reference to "red colouring". There's no way to obtain it. Even delusional skin bleaching sheboons will tell you it's impossible to change your naturally occuring undertones. So if you have jaundice tier yellow skin naturally then you're stuck with it. You'll never have a "rosy golden tan" or "milky/peachy skin". Your only option really is to fraud with some blush.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. YOU WERE BORN IN THE SLUMS OF MUMBAI. TRY AGAIN NEXT TIME.

fr eye area must be one of the hardest things to chance (other than like the sphenoid which requires surgery if im right)
