I plan on getting a genio and a rhino done, I know what i want from the genio, but am unsure what nose would fit my face. I want to keep a bigish nose, definitely not upturned but was looking if somebody could point me towards something more specific maybe even help morphing. I though o’pry nose or gandy nose would help, but whats do you guys think.

even with genio theres a slight harmony throw off, but the bulbous tip from the frontal profile is the main focus, Also its mandible recession thats the issue which i plan to camouflage with genio. Maxilla is fine just slightly downgrown which is not foixeable anyway and wouldnt be worth the trouble

Did u try softmaxing with accutane and hydrocortisone

No, would that really make a difference though? and is it healthy?
People on here with bulbous or chunky noses have made nice results. Even surgeons sometimes recommend accutane to people that could fix their problem that way.

easier said than done, either way he'd have to do trimax which is even more of a brutal surgery, i'd recommend a wrap-around jaw implant for op, as well as some calcium zygomatic filler for visual bone support, probably undereye fat grafting too

I plan on just doing the genio to start with, and may consider jaw implants and zygo arches later. I dont see the need for bimax, honestly it seems like a .org auto responce where people dont truly understand the cost, and how in some cases if it does effect health can be not the best ROI considering cost and rest

fair, although post genio i'd definitely go for a wraparound jaw implant, doing both will max out the chin projection, jawline visibility, gonial angle, jaw frontal angle, definitely ascension fuel

is a wraparound really that good? maybe lifefuel indeed. Also how does one go about getting a accutane perscription. I only have very moderate bacne, and if i was to get my hands on it, are the effects permanent?

to fix at it's core, yes, but there are other fraud methods surgery provides, nobody cares about their real structure flaws only changing them visibly

just buy it off indiamart, like $50 for a years supply, once skin is clear just do a very low daily dose so you dont get sides but keep effects forever

As i state earlier, I do. But its not causing any functional issue, why go throw 40k for a trimax, when i can get almost the same for a tenth of the price and infinitely less suffering and paying off installments for years .

yeah not until you’re 35 and have sleep apnea and you wish you were dead , you can get bimax in turkey or italy for a reasonable price bro , but hey you can also get implants and get infection and remove them and stay with loose skin so there’s also that

nigga i understand where you’re coming from but this is a textbook trimax case

there's just more to it than that man, months of braces, 6 months of looking like a deformed subhuman and having to drink your food, then more braces, and costs like 40k. Yes in a perfect world op gets a trimax but it’s not feasible for a huge % of people

As if everyone with mandibular recession develops sleep apnea, even still lets say that did happen. At 35 I would be able to afford it hopefully and compensate the genio with the mandibular projection aswell. Also my chin itself is also very recessed, my jaw isnt crazy recessed how it seems, although is is recessed, my recessed chin just makes it seem more than it is. Hence id need trimax if i ever was to do bimax to even get noticeable results.

Exactly, most guys here are young dudes looking to improve their looks, where by proxy also improve life quality, not wait till they can afford it at 30 when the glory days of when looks mattered most have passed.

ya'll are so out of touch. Hate how mfs act like getting a trimax is some casual thing as easy as a trip to the shops
you have a implicit assumption that trimax is on par with obo, its similar to a bimax (w/ more), which is a common and well documented surgery

it's not about the risk
