braces cant make your mouth wider
if your palate is narrow, there are options like SARPE. MSE wouldnt be a good idea as your face is already very wide
Now as for the tissue, theres comissuroplasty which can widen it and some report stretching your mouth as being effective
try it

By the way you look like you have some form of pseudo-hypertelorism so a few surgeons might do free surgeries on you tbh

Im sure if you try to contact surgeons in your country you could maybe get insurances to cover the surgeries who knows
